Management is the substance of managing, while managing refers to actions that begin with data compilation, planning, organizing, implementing, and ultimately, monitoring and evaluating. In general, educational management relates to the responsibilities of all educational staff, including: (a) creating a meaningful, enjoyable, creative, dynamic, and dialogical educational atmosphere; (b) having a professional commitment to improving the quality of education; (c) providing exemplary service and upholding the good name of the institution, profession, and position in accordance with the trust placed in educators.

1. The Essence of Educator and Education Personnel Management

Education and education personnel management encompasses the establishment of norms, standards, and procedures, as well as the appointment, development, administration, welfare, and dismissal of school educational staff, ensuring they can carry out their duties and functions in achieving school goals. According to several experts, the management of educational and teaching staff is the activity of managing educational and teaching staff, which must be carried out from the time they enter an educational organization until they leave, through the processes of human resource planning, recruitment, selection, placement, compensation, rewards, education and training/development, and dismissal.

2. Objectives of Managing Educators and Teaching Staff

The objectives of managing educational staff are to ensure they have the skills, motivation, and creativity to:

a. Create a school system capable of overcoming its own weaknesses

b. Continuously adapt the school's educational program to the learning needs of students and to the healthy and dynamic competition of society.

c. Provide a form of leadership capable of realizing a human organization.

d. Increase educational productivity as a guide to the functions of effectiveness, efficiency, and equity

e. Ensure the continuity of efforts towards achieving a balance in organizational life by aligning individual goals with the goals of the educational organizational system.
