Overall, research in educational management is the main foundation for evidence-based science, practice, and policy development. Its theoretical, practical, policy, and academic functions make research the link between theory and practice, as well as the main instrument for objective, adaptive, and sustainable decision-making. Other studies such as evaluations, literature reviews, non-research case studies, and scientific essays are complementary, providing additional insights and supporting reflection, but they do not replace the role of research as the center of new knowledge creation and scientific validation in educational management.
