In an effort to improve the quality of education delivery, supervision and evaluation of programs is a crucial step that cannot be ignored. The preparation of supervision and evaluation reports on educational programs systematically and in accordance with the established format is a form of professional responsibility in ensuring that each program runs effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with the planned objectives. This report is not only a means of documentation, but also a tool for reflection and decision-making for continuous improvement. Therefore, an understanding of the principles of writing systematics and conformity with the standard format is very important so that the reports prepared have optimal quality, credibility, and benefits. Which in the writing of the supervision and evaluation report of the Education program is divided into:
First: The Basic Concept of Writing a Writing Report
The report is the estuary of a series of activities that have been carried out with the intention of explaining the results logically and chronologically so that they can be accounted for. The main objective is to improve and develop the program, and the report must be submitted as soon as possible to the requesting party for the program evaluation, informed of how the program functions and what changes must be made for that purpose.
Second: Principles of Evaluation Report Writing
Evaluation reports usually according to Arikunto, contain four main things, namely: (1) Problems, Ordinary evaluation problems include several things, such as how the problem is formulated, the background of why the problem was chosen to be evaluated, etc.; (2) Evaluation methodology, To be able to find and solve or answer evaluation problems, methodological procedures are required.; (3) The results of the evaluation, b the results of this evaluation contain three main components, namely; Data description; Data analysis and discussion; and (4) Conclusion of evaluation results.
Third: Format of Writing Evaluation Reports
The program is a scientific report, for that it must be made systematically and logically in each section so that the reader can easily understand the steps that have been taken in the research and the results. Because it is natural, it must be replicable, that is, it must be repeatable by others who will prove the results or findings in the research.
Fourth: Composition of Report Writers
Evaluation, according to Arikunto, is no different from a research report, some use a quantitative approach, and some use a qualitative approach. Evaluation reports using a quantitative approach are generally composed of five or six chapters, namely: "introduction, discussion of the literature, evaluation methodology, results of evaluation and discussion (results of evaluation, discussion), as well as conclusions and recommendations".
The Supervision and Evaluation Report of the Education Program is a scientific report.
