The phenomenon in the education sector shows that the quality of education largely depends on educators and education personnel who are professional and adaptive to technological developments. However, disparities in the number, competence, and distribution of education staff across institutions are still frequently found. The assumption is that if the management of educators and education personnel is carried out systematically through objective recruitment, continuous development, and transparent performance evaluation, the quality of education will improve significantly. The Employee Management Information System (SIMPEG) serves as a strategic solution because it integrates personnel data and management processes digitally, accurately, and efficiently. Nevertheless, there remains a gap in the form of weak career development, uneven distribution, and limited use of technology. The goal of implementing SIMPEG is to establish professional, accountable, and data-based personnel management so that the performance of education staff becomes more measurable and transparent. Let us look at the four pillars of SIMPEG as the foundation for effective and sustainable personnel management.

First, the infrastructure and technology pillar forms the main foundation of the system. Reliable hardware, software, networks, and databases enable personnel data to be managed quickly, securely, and in an integrated manner. A strong digital infrastructure ensures that administrative processes run efficiently and are accessible to all educational stakeholders.

Second, the human resources and governance pillar plays a crucial role in maintaining system sustainability. Operating SIMPEG requires competent personnel who understand data input and validation workflows and are committed to maintaining information integrity. Continuous training and clear governance policies strengthen the accountability of educational institutions.

Third, the data quality and information transparency pillar forms the core of SIMPEG. Personnel data must be managed with validity, accuracy, and consistency to serve as a reliable basis for decision making. Through standardized formats, access control, and openness of information, public trust in the personnel management system can be enhanced while minimizing duplication and administrative errors.

Fourth, the integrated approach pillar positions SIMPEG as part of an interconnected education management ecosystem linked with other systems such as planning, finance, and performance evaluation. This approach ensures effective interdepartmental coordination, synchronized data, and policy decisions based on up to date and accountable information.

Summary
Thus, the Employee Management Information System (SIMPEG) is not merely an administrative tool but a strategic means of building data-based personnel accountability. Supported by technology, competent human resources, and an integrated system, SIMPEG strengthens transparency, accelerates service delivery, and bridges the gap between policy and practice. This system serves as the foundation for efficient, professional, and quality oriented management of educational personnel.
