English Language is Essential in Educational Environment

Did you know that why English language is essential in education environment?. As we know that English language become an international language. Many academic journals published in English language. This shows that English language is very essential in education environment because it dominate in the world of education (Mauliska & D'Angelo, 2024). Therefore, this topic is crucial to discuss because English is not only about language but also how English language expanding the range of education.

English language become an international/universal language in the world (Pandarangga, 2015). Many countries used English language as primary language or second language. To illustrate it in Malaysia english become officially their second langauge and used english language in education like DLP (Dual Language Programe) where students can study certain subjects in english language. This showed that English is crucial not only as international language but also in eduaction environment. This showed that English is crucial not only as international language but also in eduaction environment.

Beside as an international language, English also known as Lingua Franca (Mauliska & D'Angelo, 2024). Not only used in education world but also in business, technology, comunicate with other people from another island or country and so on. For example if Lombok peoples want to talk with foreign peoples like from Japan, Korea, or other countries, English become the best way to communicate with them, as the name English is Lingua Franca. This shows that, English become something that really crucial, not only to get knowledge but more connection and relation.

In today's era, English language has a big impact for good work places and job  (Zebedeus & Sihotang, n.d.). Many job opportunities needs good English skill mostly in international companies. For example, if you work as a tour guide, English become a tool that you needs to communicate, to promote the place, and to attract their attention to you, so you can get the next opportunity if you meet them in another chance. This is open our eyes that English is crucial for our children's future.

From all the passages above we can take the conclusion that English language is very essential in education environment. Besides become international language English also known as lingua franca that can help student to get more knowledge, connection and relation for their better career and future.
