"Bloodshot" (2020) Review

Bloodshot, is an action-fantasy genre film directed by Davis S. F. Wilson also written by Jeff Wadlow and Eric Heisserer based on the character Valiant Comics.  

This film is the first film Valiant Cinematic Universe (VCU).  The main character in this film is Ray Garrison, played by Vin Diesel, he acts a military man and eventually dies.  And was raised as a superhuman with a Nano Machine implanted into his body created by RST under the name of the Blootshot project.  

Besides Vin Diesel, several famous actors and actresses also play in this film such as KT played by Eiza Gonzlez, Dr.  Emil Harting, played by Guy Pearce, Jimmy Dalton, played by Sam Heughan, Wilfred Wigans, played by Lamorne Morris, Tibbs, played by Alex Hernandez.  So if you are a fan of the action-fantasy genre film then you will be happy and agree if the film gets 8th place out of 10 points.

This comic based film still gets its action side with Vin Diesel successfully completing its action with many epic battle scenes packed in this film.  No less interesting, other figures such as Tibbs, Dalton, and KT were made to have different abilities but were very interesting and extraordinary.  For example the character of KT that can breathe normally in poison gas

Cinematically this film was made well because it was directed by Davis S. F Wilson and under the auspices of Sony Pictures there should be no doubt in the production of this film, but the story of this film was made to have some differences with the comics such as the family side that came from his child, but in this film  made from his wife.  

But this film is balanced by the music that appears appropriately and in accordance with the circumstances of the scene which makes the scene increasingly epic.

The scenario created by Jeff Wadlow and Eric Heisserer is very epic, they package the scenario with a prolonged battle scene and an interesting storyline, Ray Garrison who has been raised to be human with nano machine technology is used to take revenge and be controlled by RST.  

The plot of the story which is not confusing can make the viewer enjoy the film to the end.  The cinematographic presentation and battle effects that are extraordinary in many scenes add value to this film.

From some of the reviews above this film is worth watching and enjoying to fill the time.  Action-fantasy film lovers will enjoy it more because the effects and cinematography that is epic packed in this film.
