ABSTRACT
This paper seeks to describe and analyze the improvement of teacher competence through training education and identify the factors that support and hinder the improvement of teacher competence through education and training. The focus of the research set is house training (IHT) for internal school development training for the realization of predetermined educational goals. Data sources are taken from information and key informants and supported by secondary data. The data analysis used is an interactive model developed by Miles and Huberman
