Meeting at the Digital Marketing Program (DMP) Friday, October 21, 2022 Communication Science students at 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta University and 10 MSMEs at Rumah BUMN Yogyakarta received material regarding social media Strategy & Optimization.

Social media provides benefits for SMEs as a means of personal contact with consumers and as a means of promotion. Social media helps as a medium of communication from producers to consumers wherever and regardless of distance.

Bondan Satria explained that social media Instagram is a promising platform for the business world. When using Instagram media, MSME actors must have 2 social media accounts, namely the main account and a pillar account or supporting account which consists of 3 accounts.

The three pillar accounts do not have to be related to the contents of the main account, but the account contains 3 characteristics, namely content, style, and 3H. The 3H in question are Hero (potentially viral content), Help (for example tutorials), HUB (consistent content).
