If I were The President, What Would I Do To Fight The Coronavirus?

in late march, a lot of people are infected by COVID-19, majority of them are centered in Jakarta, making Jakarta the highest infected province, so what's the respond of the government ?  well restricting entry of certain areas, that is allowing only one passage to that certain area, leaving the other closed, while monitor everyone who enters, President Jokowi and his cabinet are discussing about quarantine but to this moment there are no solution given, President Jokowi stated that he doesn't want to implement lock down because it would destroy the economy, but rather putting restriction on interaction, i.e. physical interaction and etc, 

if i were the President of Indonesia i would initiate lock downs on each district, not the harsh lock down like Wuhan but a soft lock down why? won't this impact the each district? why yes, in fact it has right his moment, resident are seeking shelter in the homes, that is those who are the rich and the mediocre ones, while the poor i will arrange an emergency shelter isolating people from individually to family-sized

Soft lock down vs hard lock down 

 these are official technical terms, the difference is; soft lock down allows business and economy to flow while the area is under quarantine, hard lock down in the other hand highly restrict activities in the area such as Wuhan, so why do i choose soft lock down because in order not to cause economic crisis i would like to allow money flow but in the same time minimize contact, such as online interaction, like physical distancing.

Actions

 so to fight COVID-19 that is infamous with the ridiculously high contagious rate while minimize the infection rate i would restrict all entry from and into a district, allowing only one entry to remain open and heavily monitored with temperature measurement equipment, once the guards, multiple station is required to minimize traffic.

in case of severe condition, like a whole infected province then, it would be wise to implement total lock down, only allowing supplies to travel supplying residents.

all the above are important but there's one thing that is the utmost importance; discipline, with the peoples support the government can stop worrying about the foolish people and fight this disease, thus i will implement the regulations or oversee (if the regulation has been made) the sanction on those you break the regulation, the money will support medical teams, either donating equipment to them or, their salary for those hospital who can't afford to, of course the rule    

Economy

there's no doubt that the world will plunge into economic depression after the pandemic, at this moment Indonesia's economy has drop 2,5% it is believed to be able to recover around 2021, yes folks it is that devastating, so what will happen if provinces undergo lock down ? the infection rate will drastically drop but so does the economy, therefore the alternate solution is to make everything online, or if they need to supply their kitchen then protection equipment is necessary

in the end there's no stopping the virus but we can fight it together, as a regular citizen our front line defense is wear mask and wash your hands, that's it as simply as that, because soap can kill these pesky parasites, it is in fact worked practically.
