International Islamic education currently faces major challenges in maintaining its relevance and quality amidst the current of globalization. This phenomenon demands more effective management of the components that improve education, such as curriculum, teaching staff, facilities and infrastructure, and institutional management. The assumption is that with targeted management development, Islamic education is able to compete globally without losing its basic values. However, there is a gap in the form of weak integration of international standards with local needs, as well as the less than optimal use of technology and innovation. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the strategy for developing management of improving components in order to improve the quality of Islamic education at the international level.

First, Islamic Educational Environment Management; Islamic educational environment management plays an important role in shaping the personality of students towards noble human beings according to Islamic teachings. The educational environment includes physical and non-physical factors that influence child development, so an Islamic environment must be created so that education runs optimally. The community, as the third center of education after family and school, plays an active role in spreading good values, preventing evil, and forming a pious generation. Management strategies include building a positive image of the institution, improving academic and non-academic achievements, publicizing excellence, involving the community in activities, and establishing relationships with community leaders.

Second, Islamic Education Quality Service Management; Islamic education quality service management emphasizes the importance of services that focus on meeting stakeholder needs through the integration of all organizational functions. Education quality includes input, process, and output that are continuously improved to achieve established standards, such as producing graduates with noble character and competence in the field of science and technology. Total Quality Service (TQS) in Islamic education involves all components, strict measurement, and continuous improvement. Changes in organizational culture, setting quality standards, and harmonious relationships with internal and external customers are the keys to achieving quality and relevant Islamic education.

Third, Change Management in Islamic Educational Institutions; Change management in Islamic educational institutions is a systematic process to manage transformation to be in line with the development of the times without abandoning Islamic values. Experts such as Wibowo and Winardi emphasize the importance of leadership, motivation, and communication in change. Al-Attas emphasized that renewal must maintain the purity of Islamic knowledge. Theories of change from Lewin, Beckhard, Beer to Harland highlight the importance of motivation, collaboration, readiness, and strategies to overcome resistance. The change process includes five stages: deciding, preparing, launching, implementing, and maintaining, so that institutions are able to develop effectively and sustainably.

Fourth, Conflict Management and Communication in Islamic Education; Conflict management in Islamic education is important to control differences that arise between individuals or groups so that educational goals are achieved optimally. Conflict can arise due to differences of opinion, misunderstandings, or competition, and can occur at various levels, such as interpersonal, intergroup, and interorganizational. Meanwhile, communication management supports this process by managing communication resources so that messages are delivered effectively through the elements of communicators, messages, media, communicants, effects, feedback, interference, and the environment. The forms include face-to-face, interpersonal, and group communication that emphasizes direct dialogue for the effectiveness of message delivery.

Thus, international Islamic education must be managed effectively to remain relevant in the era of globalization without losing its basic values. Strengthening the management of the educational environment is important to create an Islamic atmosphere that supports the formation of noble morals. Quality education services must be oriented towards stakeholder satisfaction by implementing Total Quality Service that involves all components in a sustainable manner. Change management is needed to ensure that institutions are able to transform according to the times while maintaining the purity of Islamic knowledge. In addition, effective conflict management and communication are crucial in maintaining harmony, resolving differences, and ensuring that educational messages are conveyed optimally.
