Foxtrot six is an Indonesian movie who is directed by Mario Kassar who is also directing some Hollywood movie who also being a Box Office Movie. Played by great Actors and Actress, Oka Antara, Verdi Solaiman, Chicco Jerikho, Arifin Putra, Rio Dewanto, Mike Lewis, Julie Estelle, Aurelie Moeremans and many more.
This movie is telling about Indonesia in the 2031 and the future is not as bright as we can imagine. In this movie Indonesia illustrates a very chaos sitiation, hunger and poverty are everywhere, when the the authorities increasingly enjoy their power. Angga (Oka Antara) who also the one of the a member of a political party that has a big influence called PIRANAS is turning his mind and fight against them after meeting his past Sari (Julie Estelle) and knowing the truth about their dirty plan for his country. Together with his gengs from the marine Oggi (Verdi Solaiman), Bara (Rio Dewanto), Tino (Arivin Putra), Ethan (Mike Lewis) and Also Spec (Chicco Jerikho) a mysterious man who founded by ari in the Street. This movie is using an English language but down there is an Bahasa sub so everyone can still enjoy it. Unfortunately, this movie are restricted for the under 21 years old. So, its no wonder if the cinema is quiet.
This movie has a great cinematography and the CGI effect is smooth. this indicates that the quality of our films is not inferior to Hollywood films. Even the language of this movie is English but the soundtrack with the title GEMA that was singing by Aurelie Moeremans who also cast as Serjan Raya are singing with Bahasa. The music is good and make me a bit goosebumps especially with the blend with the scene and the right atmosphere even it is still weird. Also the acting from the cast. We know that we can't doubt them because they have the experience to play some Hollywood movie too. but the story line are just too fast. We don't know about the story of the characters how Angga meet Sari or how did Angga can joined the PIRANAS. the story are just too focused on how to safe Sari and broke with the PIRANAS
The moral value that we can take from this movie is we should stand up and take an action for the justice what ever will be. Don't underestimate with the power of friendship, team work, and love because that materials are the source of our strength
