Zootopia tells about the life of animals where their ancestors have solved dichotomous problems due to the laws of nature; that is, equality---precisely the equalization of predators and prey. In other words, the republic of Zootopia is a republic where the food chain no longer applies to the animals. All are peaceful, safe, happy and highly educated. All the characters in this film are anthropomorphic.
The conflict in this film has always been a seasoning for fictional stories and historical facts; namely conspiracy. Where in the story, predatory animals are accused of returning to the instincts of their predatory animals---going wild and preying---so that discrimination arises between predators and animals they prey on.
Equality and anti-discrimination are the main messages in this film. And what really inspires this film lies in the existence of Judy Hopps who wants to change the views of zootopia people, that we can make a difference without discriminating, so that it will lead to change.
