Research in educational management is a scientific activity conducted systematically, logically, and empirically to discover new knowledge and solve real-world problems. Research has several primary functions: developing theory, solving practical problems in educational management, providing the basis for evidence-based policies, and meeting students' academic needs. The advantages of research lie in its objective data, reduced bias, scientific evidence, and retestability, thus enhancing validity. Although similar studies exist, such as evaluations, literature reviews, and case studies, research remains the primary foundation for the development of educational science and practice.
