Corona is a disease that causes respiratory illness (like the flu) with symptoms such as a cough, fever, and in more severe cases, difficulty breathing. You can protect yourself by washing your hands frequently, avoiding touching your face, and avoiding close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell. If I were a president of Indonesia, I would have done things anyone would have done. First is, as Bill Gates also have said too, I would do large scale social restrictions on the country, which i believe is on going right now.

Large-scale social restrictions include the closure of schools and workplaces, restrictions on religious activities and restrictions on activities in public places, although there are still some Indonesian people lingering and wandering outside instead of staying home and distancing from others. I would prevent people from going outside by enforcing new rules regarding the virus, an example is, people must not leave the house for more than 90 minutes and above 17:00 PM or 5 o'clock (unless they have a reasonable reason). If these rules are violated, then they will have to pay or be penalized. I believe if we can all cooperate with each other, isolate ourselves and limit physical contact with others, the numbers of the new cases and those who are infected will decrease and that there is hope for all of us.

If I were the president of Indonesia, another thing I would do is to close all means of transportation, schools, workplaces, malls, and all kinds of stores to be closed temporarily and make everything buy able online so that, the people will not have to step out of their house. Indonesian people are pretty stubborn, if I might say. Although, Indonesia is a pretty big country too but it is not impossible to bring everyone into this and working together.

Another thing I would want to do is, i would want to be as open as i can be towards my people. Since we're all in this together, i would want to share as much information as i can about the virus to them and encourage them to practice staying home and distancing ourselves.

Another thing i would do is to have everyone, especially those who live in the suburbs and the village area and not in the city to go to the nearest hospital and check if they have the virus or not. Since once the virus goes in into areas like this, it would be pretty easy for it to spread among the people who live there and it is going to be hard to stop it.

This goes for people who live in the city too. Those who have the virus can be taken away temporarily to be treated and isolated from those who are still healthy. Those who don't want to go to the hospital because of the expenses and cannot afford it, i would like to offer free check ups and treatment.

Let's all do our best to fight through this pandemic. :D
