In semester 5, Communication Science students have the opportunity to take part in digital marketing training at Rumah BUMN Yogyakarta (RuBY)Â .
Rumah BUMN (RuBY) is a forum for UMKMs in Yogyakarta to increase branding in the world of digital marketing. Not a few Yogyakarta SMEs have joined this Rumah BUMN.
At the RuBY Market event, UMKM actors have the opportunity to promote their products there. Many types of types are promoted by UMKMs. For example clothes, bracelets, drinks, food, herbs, and snacks. Apart from buying and selling activities, very interesting workshops were also held at the RuBY market.
Last Friday (28/10), RuBY Market was re-opened. As many as 20 UNISA communication science students had the opportunity to take part in the event. And students are free to choose the workshop they want to take part in. Of the 20 students, some attended the Bergaya dengan Wastra Nusantara Workshop and the Introduction to Gut Health Workshop.
Every time they take part in a workshop, students get a voucher of IDR 5,000 which can be exchanged for sales at the RuBY Market. To get other vouchers, students must actively ask questions and participate in games provided by the committee from RuBY. From IDR 5000.00 - IDR 20000.00
This activity ends in the afternoon. This activity was very crowded visited by all walks of life. Starting from school children, students, to mothers and fathers.
