Currently the world is facing the biggest problem, namely the corona virus or covid-19, so that human activities are restricted, including in the world of education, both at the elementary school level until the university level begins to carry out learning activities at home. This is done to limit the spread of viruses that are still widespread.

The online learning process is a new challenge for the industrial revolution 4.0, especially in the midst of a pandemic like this. very difficult to do the teaching process online because not everyone can or is able to understand the material given, usually the learning process is done face to face so that it is still able to be understood.

Not to mention the problem of uneven internet access throughout Indonesia. In big cities, the internet access is quite smooth, but in certain areas the access is slow so that online learning is not effective. The missing signal causes buffering. as a result students lose concentration or lose certain parts of the material discussed.

Not to mention the cost of data packages that must be incurred. If studying at school or campus we do not need to pay for internet access costs, it may be quite a transportation fee that is not too large. So in one month, it could take 17-25 GB which, if converted, could reach 200 thousand, in a difficult economic situation like this, added costs become a heavy burden for many people especially for myself.

Another problem that arises due to covid-19 is the operational costs of schools or colleges, especially for private educational institutions. To pay for tuition fees today is likely to be very difficult because the economy is declining, jobs do not exist so parents are struggling to think about it. i covid-19 had a bad impact.

In a situation like this, it is not only students and parents who are complaining, but teachers or lecturers are also complaining because income is reduced, and the cost of paying tuition is also sure to be stuck. I heard the government held funds for school operational costs (BOS), but this was not all able and not fully able to cover the operational costs of schools and for students.

In a situation like this, the government should intervene. For internet access, giving free internet to students and students will be very helpful. But everything is just imagination to me, so for the government please look at this generation of underprivileged children. And so many other challenges during this pandemic, even the entire industry complained about the economic downturn and a lot of work being delayed, opinions drastically reduced.

Hopefully the co-19 pandemic ends so that Indonesia is back to normal, people can be free to breathe fresh air and move as before. And can worship together in church.
