There is a word 'difficult' there indicating that a dream is not only something we want but at the same time it is quite hard to achieve.
I will give one more definition from Longman Dictionary:
Dream /drim/ WISH noun [countable]
A wish to do, be, or have something -- used especially when this seems unlikely

Again, here we have the word 'unlikely' which means not impossible to get.
From the definitions above, we can conclude that a dream is our want which is hard to obtain. It is not simply something we desire to get. It also implies that that thing is far away from our ability to make it come true.
Then?
What I try to say here is that I think it will be better for us to not say "I have a dream" or "This is my dream".
Instead, why don't we say:
