Hello guys, kpop lovers.. I'm a new Mnet Global Marketer 2012. Last week i watched Kpop show, M! Countdown, live at Mnet, and this is my brief about that show. I bet you already know about M! Countdown. Right? ;) M! Countdown is one of famous Korea Music TV Program broadcasted by Mnet. It airs every Thursday from 18.00 PM. The show is hosted by Tony An, ex member of boy groupH.O.T, and various female MCs that changes every week. Last week, it was After School’s Lizzy who accompanied Tony An as MC. Yay, Lizzy!! <3 As a new member of Mnet Global Marketers 2 (MGM 2) 2012, I got invited to watch last week M! Countdown live from C&J EM Center studio. It was my second time watching M Countdown and I was so excited because it’s also the orientation day for us, MGM 2. I met other members from other countries around the world. And guess what!? Right after we introduced ourselves, we already talked a lot like we’ve known each other before. This work would be so much fun!! [/caption] The show was opened by a rookie girl group EXID with their debut single ‘Whoz That Girl’, continued by Miss A with ‘Touch’. I like the dance!! Pledis Entertainment’s first boy group also made a hot debut with “I’m Sorry” and “Face”. The member ‘Ren’ became hot topic right away because of his ‘pretty boy’ look. [/caption] Solo singers Se7en and John Park also performed their hits, ‘Somebody Else’ and ‘Falling’. The collaboration of MC Tony An with boy group he produced, SMASH, brought the heat to studio with “Get Your Swag On”. The 8-member girl group Nine Muses sang their track ‘Ticket”. It was hot performance and their outfit was so sexy! FT. Island performed “Severely”, and it was their goodbye stage :'( They already got 1st place on ‘M!Countdown’ twice on February. Don’t be sad guys, because there were other comeback stages last week. Lyn made comeback with “Let It Rain” and “Teddy Bear”, B1A4 with “This Time is Over” and “Baby I’m Sorry”. [/caption] The highlight of last week performance was Big Bang comeback stage. They sang 4 songs from their ALIVE mini album, “Blue”, “Bad Boy”, “Fantastic Baby”, and “Ain’t No Fun” with 3 different stages. O yeah! It’s like watching their mini album showcase ^^. Big Bang won #1 spot that week after competing with Miss A and John Park. This was another spectacular episode with so many comeback performances from hot artists. [/caption] One thing I noticed that makes M! Countdown so different from other music programs is that the stage is bigger and you can watch the show by standing right in front of the stage!! Not sitting on the seats from far. It is a great experience that you can watch your favorite idols singing and dancing so close from you right in front of your eyes. Just like real concert. And you could jump, move your body and sing along with them freely. Your chance to be seen/noticed by them is also bigger. Don’t forget to bring your fanboard.They might wave at you, even handshake with you if you are lucky, especially at the encore performance.
