What we know about the existing laws in Indonesia, it has been proven that the popular proverb is sharp downwards and blunt upwards, this is in accordance with cases that have occurred before, such as the case of a grandmother who was suspected of stealing wood in 2015. Perhutani Situbondo and sentenced to 1 year in prison and a fine of IDR 500 million subsidiary to 1 day in prison.

And on the other hand, we see a corruption case related to social assistance funds that occurred in 2017, namely Heru Wahyudi as the Bengkalis DPRD proven to have disbursed social assistance funds worth 270 billion, of which 37 billion were corrupted and only sentenced to 18 months in prison and a fine of 50 million subsidiary 2 months in prison and 15 million in compensation.

The fifth principle of Pancasila reads "social justice for all Indonesian people" which contains the content that in a state a nation must have a real attitude of justice towards its people.

There are so many areas in Indonesia where the majority are unemployed or unemployed, so they don't have what they need to eat every day and they don't have any money to buy basic foods every day.

Because they don't want to starve to death, so they are forced to go against the current law that has been set in this country by taking and stealing something that is not their own right to eat or sell to make a living so that in the end they are put in prison for years according to their rights. the punishment. It's different for them (corruptors) with prisons like hotels that are all good and all luxurious who are only imprisoned for months.

It is clear their difference that the value of justice has been lost. Since 18 years of reformation, it is as if the values of Pancasila have been destroyed, it is not surprising that Indonesia's condition is not doing well. And the best solution is to return to implementing Pancasila. that the Indonesian nation wants all its people to live justly and obtain equal justice in various fields.

Therefore, the importance of justice that must be enforced in this country seriously so that the values contained in this Pancasila really run according to expectations and are able to bring the people of the Indonesian nation to live more prosperously in the future.
