International Islamic education must have a comprehensive management system to remain relevant to the times without abandoning Islamic values. Educational environment, service quality, organizational change, conflict, and communication are essential components in Islamic education management. This essay discusses the role of each component in enhancing the effectiveness of international Islamic educational institutions.
First, Educational Environment Management in Islamic Education. The Islamic educational environment guides students in achieving Islamic personality. The community serves as the center of education after the family and school. Environment management includes building the institution's image, increasing public trust, promoting achievements, and establishing relationships with community leaders.
Second, Quality Service Management in Islamic Education. The quality of education is determined by the quality of administrative and instructional services. Total Quality Management (TQM) focuses on customers, employee involvement, measurement systems, and continuous improvement. The implementation of quality standards and organizational reform are key to improving the quality of Islamic education.
Third, Change Management in Islamic Educational Institutions. Change management ensures that Islamic educational institutions remain relevant without abandoning Islamic values. Its goal is to adapt to internal changes and respond to external shifts. The change process includes the stages of Decide, Prepare, Launch, Expand, and Sustain to maintain organizational continuity.
Fourth, Conflict Management in Islamic Education. Conflict in Islamic education must be controlled to achieve educational goals. Conflicts can occur at various levels, such as interpersonal, intergroup, intraorganizational, and interorganizational. Conflict resolution through analysis, assessment, and negotiation can maintain institutional stability.
Fifth, Communication Management in Islamic Education. Communication is the process of sending, receiving, and understanding messages both verbally and nonverbally. The main components of communication include the communicator, message, media, audience, effect, feedback, and environment. Effective communication strengthens coordination within Islamic educational institutions.
Islamic educational environment management creates a conducive atmosphere for student development through community involvement. Quality service management in Islamic education ensures learning quality through the application of TQM. Change management helps Islamic educational institutions adapt without abandoning Islamic values. Conflict management aims to control differences so that educational goals remain achievable, while communication management strengthens organizational coordination.

Education: Elementary School at SDN Cipareuan III, graduated in 2016; Junior High School at SMPN 1 Leuwigoong, graduated in 2019; Senior High School at SMAN 10 Garut, graduated in 2022. Currently studying at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung majoring in Islamic Education Management. Motivation for choosing this major: a desire to build and manage my own educational institution in the future.
