Management of the Basic Components of International Islamic Educational Institutions

International Islamic educational institutions require systematic management to achieve effectiveness in resource management. Good management includes aspects of staffing, student affairs, curriculum, finance, and facilities and infrastructure. This essay discusses how each of these components plays a role in improving the quality of international Islamic education.

First, Personnel Management in Islamic Education. Personnel management aims to optimize educational staff to work efficiently and harmoniously. Its management includes planning, procurement, development, promotion, dismissal, compensation, and employee evaluation. Good working relationships will increase the effectiveness of educational institutions.

Second, Student Affairs Management in Islamic Education. Student affairs management regulates students from the beginning to the end of their learning period. The goal is to create a disciplined environment in accordance with applicable procedures. Recording academic achievements in grade books, ledgers, and report cards helps continuously monitor student progress.

Third, Curriculum Management in Islamic Religious Education. Curriculum management aims to increase the effectiveness of resource use in education. This process includes planning learning objectives, learning experiences, organizing materials, and evaluating learning outcomes. With good management, the curriculum becomes more systematic and focused.

Fourth, Financial Management in Islamic Education. Financial management involves planning, recording, implementation, supervision, and accountability of educational funds. The main principles in financial management are transparency, accountability, and effective use of funds. Key elements include budgeting, accounting, and auditing.

Fifth, Facilities and Infrastructure Management in Islamic Education. Facilities and infrastructure management aims to manage educational facilities to create a comfortable learning environment. This process includes planning, needs surveys, procurement, maintenance, and disposal of unfit facilities.

The basic component management of international Islamic educational institutions must be well-managed so that the institution can develop optimally. Effective management of personnel, students, curriculum, finances, and facilities and infrastructure will create a quality, transparent education system that focuses on student progress.

Education: Elementary School at SDN Cipareuan III, graduated in 2016; Junior High School at SMPN 1 Leuwigoong, graduated in 2019; Senior High School at SMAN 10 Garut, graduated in 2022. Currently studying at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung majoring in Islamic Education Management.
