Environment is the surroundings or conditions which a person lives or operates. Environment is where we do our daily activities. Environment is what shaped our personality and habit. Having a non conducive environment could affect our health and mental health in a bad way. what and how could that kind of environment affect us?
Physical Factors
first is from the physical standpoint they are ‘hard’ factors which come from things like noise, temperatures, pullutant, neighboor and so on.Sleep deprivation or unhealthy sleep cycle. sleep deprivation is bad for our health and mental health the cause of this is noisy neighboor, a loud environment like a road or train nearby last is having a creaky architecture, therefore a downturn in mental health. environmetal pollution . Growing up having a polluted environmet could lead to a child’s health issue and depressions. lastly is having an extreme weather conditions on our environmen for example a really hot place and a really cold place this could lead to health issues.
Social Factors
secondly there are social factors. Social factors are issues from other people that lived in your environment for example Neighboor or our own family. this could lead to multiple mental health issue. Stigma is when someone views you in a negative way because of your characteristics, race, Personality trait and so on, experiencing stigma such as racism, sexism or other this could increase a person’s risk to mental health issues.Abuse - phsyical mentally sexual like for example bullying, Sexual assault ,domestic violence. having to experience this everyday could affect us on multiple leves of health and mental health issues.Lack of social support. humans are a social being they cant lived alone and need someone to be by their side without the supports from our family, friend , community has a major impact on our mental health. Toxic relationship also one of the factor that could lead to some serious mental issue for example depression, anxiety and worse PTSD.
Breaking the cycle
How do we break this cycle? there are multiple ways we could break this cycle as for one is looking for help to others, usually getting help for one aspect could help the other aspect leaving the toxic environment could help us too if that possible.
Conclusions
From the text above we can conclude that having a good or bad conditions of our environment make an impact on our daily life, environment is what makes who we are it whats defined us. Having a bad condition could end two ways firsts we survive and shaped us to become a stronger individual. We are the one that making the change to the conditions of our environment. And the other end is we lose to the harsh environment. Â Making them drown and drown more in sorrowness.Of course we cant judge other people because their problems are different from each others.
