We live in Indonesia, a country in which a lot of people from various tribes live in this country. But unlike the race identity that come from biological ancestry, Ethnic identity is come from a sense of shared heritage and fate among each other.

This identity shape us when we affiliate with certain organizations and this also help to shape our mindset especially we live in Indonesia with it collectivist cultures where people still in dire of seek help to each other.
Regional Identity
Regional Identity was categorized as identity that was shaped by local geographical terrain with cultural traits where in different regional have it own identity just like in Indonesia since our country have vast region, it very common to see people to speak with different accent even we still in one country and one island no matter it Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Papua.
