Now You See Me is a 2013 American heist thriller film directed by Louis Leterrier from a screenplay by Ed Solomon, Boaz Yakin, and Edward Ricourt and a story by Yakin and Ricourt. It is the first installment in the Now You See Me series. The film features an ensemble cast of Jesse Eisenberg, Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, Mélanie Laurent, Michael Caine, and Morgan Freeman. The plot follows an FBI agent and an Interpol detective who track a team of magicians who pull off bank heists and robberies during their performances and reward their audiences with the money, attempting to bring them to justice.
The film premiered in New York City on May 21, 2013 before its official release in the United States on May 31, 2013, by Summit Entertainment. The film received mixed reviews with criticism being focused on the ending, but became a box office success, grossing $351.7 million worldwide against a budget of $75 million. The film won the People's Choice Award for Favorite Thriller Movie and also received nominations for the Empire Award for Best Thriller and the Saturn Award for Best Thriller Film and Best Music. A sequel, Now You See Me 2, was released on June 10, 2016.Â
I was told that the movie now you see me 2 this time has a unique and interesting scene, where the scene shows actors throwing cards at each other with different tricks. but we don't just focus in that direction, we focus on the technology used in the film. we can see sophisticated technology and technology that is quite old.
the old technology that was seen was the walkie talkie. We know that walkie talkies are often used by young children in America to communicate and do not use cellphones. While advanced technology such as a machine that is packed with just a touch of the screen, does not require a button and runs the machine with just a card, there is also a tool for checking goods with the main material being metal which was previously used to check sharp and dangerous goods as well. This means that changes in globalization to technology will develop rapidly. the more rapid globalization is, the old technology will be continuously updated to make it easier to use. but remember, we still use technology properly.
