Advertising is one way for a manufacturer to market its products. The persuasive nature of advertisements demands it to present interesting, unique, anti-mainstream, and sometimes odd, even too polite things. From its aim to attract the interest of its partners, advertisements must also pay attention to broadcasting ethics in the Broadcasting Code of Conduct - Broadcast Program Standards (P3SPS) as well as in the government-made media law. This is clearly to protect all parties, both ad producers from broadcast violations and media partners from the negative impact of bad advertising content.

According to Law no. 32/2002 concerning Broadcasting, and Law no. 40/2002 on the Press, citizens and universities have the right to carry out activities to support a good media environment in order to participate in the development progress of Indonesian broadcasting. Therefore, the author tries to raise a case of violation of advertisement broadcasting to be considered by the authorities in the media, namely the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPI) for follow-up.

The ad that we will raise in this case is an ad for FANTA soft drinks. In the commercial series entitled "Far More Feel", there is a violation in presenting the scene. Like, someone who is eating snacks in a hurry which makes his visuals greedy in eating. Next is the scene when drinking FANTA with the left hand becomes very unethical even though on the pretext of the right hand holding the joystick. Actually, in the light eating scene, the actor has also used his left hand to take food. From the observation of this violation, the writer tries to explore, synchronize, and link it with several laws and broadcasting codes of ethics.

In the Broadcasting Code of Conduct - Broadcast Program Standard (P3SPS) in CHAPTER II Article 2 which reads "The Guidelines for Broadcasting Conduct are stipulated by the KPI based on the prevailing laws and regulations, religious values, other norms that are applicable and accepted by the public, the code of ethics , and the standards of the broadcasting profession. " also in the next article, namely article 5 paragraph 2 which reads "the norms of decency and decency". Explains that each content broadcast of advertisements must be in accordance with religious values, norms and in accordance with broadcasting ethics. The FANTA advertisement "Much More Tasteful" in accordance with the article has violated broadcasting ethics.

On this basis, it seems necessary to take action from the authorities in this case the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission so that this incident does not occur again in the future in the wor.
