According to UNSC resolution 2042, Syria Observer Resolution Force amd under the UNSC Resolution 2043 of UNSMIS (UN Supervision Mission in Syria), upgrading it into a more advance aliance : Forming, activation, and implementing the UN Recovery Alliance by Sweeping and Saving). Details as follows:
In respond to the previous Lack of freedom and economic: recovering the public policy. Part of the recovery program, the transition government will implement the democracy principle to ensure the right of all the citizen of Syria.
Taking important measures in action and map the groups
Calling neighboring countries to send their expert forces regarding the urban welfare and geurilla in the most efficient manner to minimize colleteral damage.
Provide medical and military assisstance to the victims of the war.
If there is no solution under UNSC, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will lead Jihad with muslim countries, against Assad Government.
