In the new era of recruitment, human capital takes a new face or avatar and now is transformed into human energy. Companies need to understand that human resource (HR) is not an expenditure any longer but an investment. People on the pillars for all organizations has to understand this reality as otherwise the company may fall down like a pack of cards. If hiring the right talent was that easy, today’s companies can grow exponentially without any turbulences. But unfortunately that is not the case with most of the organizations.
“Are you hiring the right person? When you hire people, can you show them career path? Not everyone wants a job because of the salary,” said Srinivasan Ramanan (Krrish), advisor to JAC Recruitment during Executive hiring: Reality or Myth seminar at Sampoerna Strategic Square, The executive center at the 30th floor this Wednesday, 13 May 2015.
Companies should not see human resource department as expenditure. They are investment that could be strong access to the future.
In the seminar, Krrish told the enthusiastic audience about his experience in recruiting, including some interesting episodes in the field of recruitment. To conclude the seminar, Krrish said: “No machine can replace human touch and every employee must be happy to go to work”. This clearly means that the human touch really needs to be emphasized in the context of human energy.
