ABSTRAK

Basically parenting is the same, no different even if the child is born prematurely. A child with a history of premature delivery, the primary time to pursue optimal growth at birth is the first 2 years, in which the child's growth should be assessed at chronological age. It aims to make early detection of growth problems, if there is a problem can be done immediately intervention / treatment. But it is true, children with preterm labor should be monitored continuously until the age of 7-10 years. 

This is useful for assessing intelligence issues, behavior problems and other issues. Premature infants including high-risk babies are prone to developmental disorders. In fact, 50 percent of premature infants experience various developmental disorders. The shape of the disorder may differ from one another. Skills like that, sitting, standing, walking, chatting or other developments. Babies born prematurely may also experience behavioral disorders due to weakness of the nervous system at birth. Behavioral disorders later can be detected as the baby develops. For example, children are agitated, emotional, and late talking.
