How Writing Can Be Your Pain Killer?

Mental health issues is one of important thing to take part in our life. We should really concern about mental health for perpetuity of our physically and spiritually health. In fact, we can't really shy away that we should live with other people where nobody can avoid to not hear what people said and did to us. Everything seems confuse us with thousands of problems and cases we face and knowing that we can't really run away from our life problems. 

Besides, lots of pressure and monotone things make this life more bored yet stressing. In other side, there are scars and another things that ever hurt us and made big wound in our past that really made us carry weight in our head. But just don't worry. If you started to feel like you need to spit out what's make your head full of thoughts, writing can be your way out to relief your pain. 

American Psychological Association wrote that pshycologist, James Pennebaker, PhD, of the University of Texas at Austin made research and said that By writing, you put some structure and organization to those anxious feelings. "It helps you to get past them." Pennebaker said. Other research by Pennebaker indicates that suppressing negative, trauma-related thoughts compromises immune functioning, and that those who write visit the doctor less often. Also, Petrie's colleague Roger Booth, PhD, has linked writing with a stronger antibody response to the Hepatitis B vaccine.

So that, How can writing can be your pain killer? In simply way, we can say that with writing, we can express what we hold in ourselves. From writing, we can tell to anyone what we really feel and what we carry without any words to be spoken. Maybe some of us found really hard to express feeling with direct words, so writing can be your choice to let your burden out.

Actually when we writing about what we really feel in every detail and write freely without fear and pressure, it can helps us to be feel more relieved. we can choose to write song, or poetry or just a short story and so on. From writing, we can record and store memories to taught us some life lesson. There's so many benefits we get from writing, especially to keep us sane in this crazy world.
