Getting to Know Content Marketing and Examples for Business Brand Awareness Needs

Together with Rumah BUMN Yogyakarta, 20 communication science students from 'Aisyiyah University Yogyakarta and 10 MSMEs from Yogyakarta held the 4th meeting of the workshop with material delivered on content marketing basics. This third material still involves Bondan Satria Nusantara as a resource person on Tuesday (10/18/22).

The content they present is also diverse; some of it is light, entertaining, and useful for their audience.

Many things are done to get more customers. For companies and MSMEs, the success of a successful marketing strategy is the goal of every small business to build a customer base. Of course, the marketing strategy used must be effective, one of which is content marketing.

Content marketing, or selling content, is not done by an entrepreneur who sells content, but by a seller who sells content. CM is a long-term strategy to build relationships with customers. by creating quality, relevant, consistent, and appropriate content on the "customer journey."

The content created and shared aims to increase brand awareness with potential consumers, new consumers, or existing consumers.

Satria Bondan said that there are several examples of content marketing that can increase brand awareness and give consumers confidence:

1. Create a YouTube series
2. Creating games that can be a content marketing tool
3. Re-upload photos or other content from customers on social media while stating the advantages of the product used.
4. Create a contemporary vlog with a touch of soft selling.
5. Reports and White Papers, namely Journal Making and Guidance
6. Accurate video series with current issues
7. Compilation videos of the use of products in real life

From the description above, it turns out that content marketing is very broad. Then how do I know how to make good content, like what? Come on, see it again!

Before implementing content marketing, entrepreneurs need to create a content map according to the target audience and timeliness. The stages are adjusted to the market temperature, which can be described as follows:

Cold : Foreign, needs to be anacquaintance.e

Warm: acquaintance; there needs to be a crush
