The rapid development of the broadcasting world, the role of social control that encourages openness of information, and the emergence of various television programs that are not in accordance with KPI regulations have drawn criticism from the public.

The public is beginning to worry about the increasing number of television shows that are not in accordance with the national identity. It is evident from the many people who complain about television programs that can be seen in various media. The public in general complained about sexual content and pornography, which were considered to have a negative influence, especially on children and adolescents.

Criticism of television programs in Indonesia is a common phenomenon. has often been criticized for seeking the widest possible public sympathy for the sake of advertising. As a result, programs that are actually important, such as educational programs, are neglected. The entertainment that is broadcast is also considered of inferior quality, because it emphasizes violence and sex. In addition, the creativity of television program managers is also in the spotlight. If one type of program is considered successful, it will be followed by other stations that produce similar programs (Rivers, 2003: 283).

The broadcast of programs as broadcast by netTV tonightshow premiere on youtube is very worrying and violates KPI rules. How could it not be, in it very much contains sexual elements where the resource person talks frontally about sexs and even demonstrates how the style is in the sexs.

This question is very contrary to the guidelines for broadcasting behavior in chapter V article 9 concerning respect for the norms of decency and decency which reads Broadcast programs must pay attention to norm courtesy and decency that are upheld by a diversity of audiences whether related to religion, ethnicity, culture, age, and economic background. Broadcast programs must be careful so as not to harm and have a negative impact on the diversity of norms of decency and decency adopted by the community.

In chapter XII, article 18, programs containing sexually content are prohibited from broadcasting, and also in P3SPS chapter XII article 16 concerning broadcast programs with sexual content where broadcasting institutions are obliged to comply with the provisions of the prohibition and / or restrictions on broadcast programs with sexual content.

Therefore, the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission as an institution independent (not the government, or broadcasters or anyone with direct interest) who functions as the regulator of the world of broadcasting must take firm action against the program by imposing sanctions so that all TV shows continue to comply with the existing guidelines.
