 As you know  meditation can put us in touch , sometimes stress cannot avoid you when you felt there is nothing you can do and how you dealt with our stress. But when you feeling of being always on alert that's becomes background noise doesn't go away. that's when its time we need to seek help. Meditation for anxiety is growing field that can help you navigate that's many ways that anxiety can disorder your life. Mindfulness is basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we're doing, and not overly reactive and overwhelmed by what's going on around us
when you become aware of the present moment, you gain access to resource you may not have realised were with you all along. An awareness of what you need and don't need in your life. you may not able to change the situation through mindfulness but you can response to your situation what will  become for next.  there are 3 steps breathing space of meditation you can practice by itself :
1. Attend what is. Invites attending broadly to one's experience, there's is nothing it but without the need to change what you're observing and think of.
2. Focus on breath. Give Attention to single, pointed focus on the  breath in our body.
3. Attend to the body. you can try this steps widens by give attention again include the body as whole and any sensation that are present.
while third steps you can do in every single of day, also we wanted to create sort of awareness and emphasised shifting attention accordingly of each steps roughly and perhaps flexibility and focus on durable practice in periodically
